Something to remember:

As irritating as some of our recent play has been, it's worth considering one thing: we could be having the Steeler's season. Right now, they sit at 2 and 5. That's the same record as the Raiders, who just handed them another loss (the Raiders!). As unjust as our early season injuries have been, at least we can't be in the discussion for worst and most disapointing teams in the league- and I beleive the Steelers are undoubtably in that category, all ESPN fellatio aside.
Okay, I'll admit, even though I'm not one of the crazy Steeler haters, it soes feel a little bit sweet to watch them lose in such sorry fashion. Bitches.

A place to bury strangers.

We can complain all we want, be we're in 1st and we're getting healty.

It is funny that the Steelers have the same record as the Raiders.  Of course Jerome Bettis still feels Pittsburgh is right in the thick of it, but they're done, Heck if the Steelers still have a chance, then you have to say Oakland still has a chance.

Im with you, im not a steeler hater either (actually YES I AM) but I will admit that I don't mind watching them lose.

Josh Brown is better than you.

We are lucky
to have some depth, especially at QB.  But really, we lost this week because of the defense, and they don't have any major injuries.  I don't feel confident that we would have won that game even with Hasslebeck and Alexander on the field. I am grateful that we aren't falling apart like the Steelers, but I still think we are falling apart. With the defense that walked on the field on Sunday, I think we should be scared for next week.  And if we lose to Oakland, we'll be in the same boat.

Have to admit
our defense was absolutely non-existant on Sunday. If our defense plays that poorly for the rest of the year, we'll lose almost all of our games, and deserve to. My gut tells me that this was an abberation for our defense, and that they'll step up over the next few weeks. But we'll see- a mediocre offense and the most horrendous defense I've ever seen does not make for a playoff contender.
Stuck in Virginia with no Seahawks goodness!
