motor city madman
I just really wanted to bring up the fact that I'm sure Jets fans right now are really glad the team drafted Mike Nugent.

thoughts
2) The flip side was the Hawks' failure on the prior 2 downs. After a play-by-play scan, it looks like Morris gained a decent amount more on runs up the middle than to the side, but I think most of those were draws. When it came to opening up running lanes the Hawks OL was not impressive.
Going forward, any running game looks like it will be heavily dependent on the agility of the RB. Rest up, Shaun!
3) 87 yards - Morris needed 28 carries to gain 87 yards against the 49ers and their 28th ranked rush D, but this week matched it with 10 fewer carries against the 10th ranked rush D. He broke tackles! Made people miss! Caught the ball! Scored a TD for the second straight game! As long as Hasselbeck keeps Pro-Bowling it up, the Hawks just need the guy to be solid, which he is.
