Lance Briggs rumor

I know this is a pretty weak rumor, but on the SeattlePI site, it said that Seattle was one of three teams interested in Briggs.

Personally I say that with Peterson, Hill isn't as good, so we should trade Hill and something 3rd round pick and 2nd round next year for Briggs, and sign Briggs.  I think we already have one of the best linebacking trios in the league, but this could be one of the best all-time if they stuck together for a while.  Of course I'm not paying attention to the financial situation, I'm not sure how much cap room we have.

this is a weird one
I think Briggs is awesome, but we don't really need him, I mean it never hurts to add a guy like Briggs, so who knows.

I really like Hill, but I'd be all for trading him if it meant Briggs was coming in.

With all that said, I don't see this happening.  Im sure Seattle does have some interest in Briggs, but it's probably nothing to get very excited about.

Josh Brown is better than you.

oh...
and from reading the article it sounds like Ruskell has no interest in Briggs.  Im sure Rosenhouse(sp?) just threw the Seahawks in there to generate more interest from teams like san fran and washington.

Cap Room's got nothing to do with it
Just think of the draft picks needed to give up to get him.

A 2nd and a 3rd and hill wouln't get it done
Were talking 2 1st rounders and maybe another late round pick
You better tie a 2x4 across your ass before you go poking around with Jenna Jameson. Otherwise, you'll fall in and will never be heard from again.

I know it wasn't realistic
I was just hoping they might bite since he has threatened to not play until week 12.
Also, the Redskins just offered to switch first round picks for him, from a 31st to a 6th pick, so...  It's nto that unrealistic.
How about DJack, Hill, and a 2nd and 3rd round from this year, and 2nd from next
Also, I'm having a hard time getting excited for this draft mainly because we don't have a 1st round pick... Anyone else having this problem?

That's a right kerfuffle!
