Post Your Hawk The Giants
What a difference two weeks makes. I was feeling like I did right before we took on the winless Saints last year. What if we were to lose to at the time the 2nd worst team in the NFL?
Phew. Anyone doubting this game should go back and watch the highlights from last week. Serious. The pulls, the push off the line, the blocking at the next level. This was not us beating a bad team by letting them lose. We destroyed them. We had the correct game plan, and we executed it well.
What do i think will happen this week? I think the same. This is not me being a homer, but when I watch the Giants they always let the other team take it to them and react. If you go look at the game stats for the Redskins (another WCO) vs. the Giants week one, you will see that it was rhythm that was the downfall of the skins, and the skins let the Giants win instead of the Giants beating them. I can see us completely dominating this game on every aspect.
The Giants beat the Rams soundly and escaped Cincinnati in OT. I sure hope Holmgren has figured out how to win on the east coast.
My Hawk: Carlson 7 rec 60 yds 1 TD
Hawks 31-Giants 17
and now for pure horror.

All I'm comfortable saying is that the Hawks win a close one.
Julius Jones with another 100+ all purpose yards and a TD.
It’s going to be a fun one to watch.

I agree with BrianL
except I think he gets 125+ all purpose yards.

Bobby Easy.
Makes a nice return from injury: 4 rec, 60 yards and a TD.
However, I’ve learned never to underestimate how much the Seahawks suck on the East Coast, coupled with the fact that we’re going to experience the patented Mike Holmgren Bye-Week Hangover. Giants crush us, 34-14.

Well.....
I would tend to agree, but I think that the hawks have learned to conquer both problems by sleeping in hyperbolic chambers and having a solid diet consisting entirely of lamb for the past two weeks…there was plenty to go around.

'Beck
3-TDs and 75%-plus on third down.
I’m gonna go against the grain and say this becomes a fairly high-scoring affair. Hawks win: 33-30.

Muscly Arm
Provides some very necessary pressure tomorrow, and records a couple of sacks. Even gets a hurry that translates into a pick for someone in the secondary.
I have no idea of the score. I think we have hope, but this game could swing either way easily.

Which Muscley Arms?
I think of both Peterson and Kerney as Muscley armed.

Tru --
Intercepts 2 misthrown Eli passes, is instrumental in run support, and never gets beat in man coverage.

I also back Branch with a big game
However, I too think there will be some points awarded to both parties 24-27 hawks with with a game ending 52 yard field goal made using the strength of two kickers holding hands……why else would we carry two kickers?

Did I win both parts of this for the last game?
Anyways, my pick this time is Trufant: 5 tackles, 3 swats and 2 picks, including one for a TD.

1 pass interference, 3 blown coverages, 2 blown tackles, .5 tackles, and a bad hair day
Seahawks win 52-13
One or the other of these things will happen. The game will hinge on Brian Russel and how poorly he shows up.
