Walter Jones done for year
From Bill Swartz's blog:
"In his radio show on Friday morning Seahawks' head coach Mike Holmgren had more bad news on the injury front.
Holmgren said that Pro Bowl left tackle Walter Jones will miss the final 3 games of the season after undergoing knee surgery on Thursday. Jones is the 13th Seahawk player on the team's injured reserve list.
Matt Hasselbeck is making progress with his latest back problems, but will also miss Sunday's Rams game. Also sitting out, linebacker Leroy Hill who's recovering from a neck stinger.
At practice on Thursday Hasselbeck came out briefly to stretch with teammates before leaving for more work on the bulging disk in his back. Backup Seneca Wallace again ran the offense.
Hasselbeck has missed six games this season, including last week's loss to New England.
It is possible he won't play again this season. Doctors have told the three-time Pro Bowl passer that if nothing else happens to his back he will not need surgery and should be fine by mid-February."
Someone was listening to John.

Wait it gets worse
Hughes is reporting it’s microfracture surgery…a complete disaster. We may have seen the last snaps of Big Walt.
