Community Projection: Julius Jones
We didn’t get through community projections last season, so I want to start them early this season. It’ll take some wrangling to project non-skill positions. Instead, let’s start simple by projecting Julius Jones. Voting is open until next Friday. PAR, Success Rate and Catch % are explained here. I will hand record drops and blocking.

Good lord.
If that happens…wow, what a dramatic improvement over last season.

pretty optimistic
Wow John, thats a pretty optimistic outlook. You are really expecting several things to happen:
1) Jones will be the ‘marquee’ back in Seatown.
2) Jones will stay healthy.
3) Jones will play well.
I’ll throw in my projection:
Rushing
Carries: 255
Yards: 1071
Success Rate: 40%
PAR: 20
Receiving
Catches: 33
Yards: 240
Catch : 71
Drops: 4
PAR: 5
Total
TDs: 7
Fumbles: 1
First Downs: 49
Blocking
Good Blocks: 14
Blown Blocks: 6
In other words: A so-so year, but worlds better than what we’ve gotten used to the last couple years.

Drops – 5

Fumbles – 2
First Downs – 61
Blocking
Good Blocks – 18
Blown Blocks – 5
TD’s less because I think we will find a role for Duckett. Receptions up because with our WR core I can see a lot of plays where no one gets open and Hass checks down to Jones.

My PAR for receiving should probably be higher.

I reject your reality and substitute my own!

Pip?!
Going with a pessimistic projection? Wow, I wouldn’t have expected that. I wish you weren’t usually right…oh wait, we’re talking Seahawks, not Mariners. Ruskell>Pip, though Pip>>>>Bavasi. And Fontaine, apparently.

Not sure why the % thing didn't show up after catch and the number...

You're making up for your lack
of optimism about the M’s, eh? Ah, if only we had Paul Allen and a Ruskell-like GM running the show.
