Red Bryant Out 4-5 Weeks

Clare Farnsworth is reporting that Red Bryant will undergo arthroscopic surgery to repair torn cartilage in his left knee. Injuries are part of the NFL, especially on defense, and this is why good teams reinforce injury prone positions with depth. The greatest loss is Bryant's. He's an old rookie, 24, and badly in need of coaching and experience. Missing the preseason robs Bryant of his best chance to sharpen his skills for the pro game. Get well big guy.

D'oh...

I reject your reality and substitute my own!

Also, I'm always down for some online Grand Theft Auto IV or Rock Band. Gamertag: Phildopip

Here's hoping he's 100% for the regular season...

But missing the preseason sucks. He really needed that development time.

Walter Jones, you were the greatest, most dominant player I've ever seen at any position. It's been an honor to be your fan.
