Bills linebackers hurting
Now, I am not one to pee on someone when they are down. But their starting OLB Crowell is now out for the game, and after reading Buffalo Ramblings, the back up Ellison is apparently our Babineaux. Just not good. This should make Ray's day somewhat easier. Put Heller next to Ray and we can run this direction the whole day.
Now recent word is that their starting and lone stud linebacker Posluszny rolled his ankle yesterday and is hurting too. If Pos can't be as attacking with a bum ankle, we can double team Stroud with no ill effects.

You're killing me.
And here I am attempting to preview their rush defense. Actually, you just saved me from total irrelevance.

I read that.
With Crowell out, I agree on getting the linebackers over a slot receiver, but after drafting Leodis McKelvin, I’m sure Seattle will see plenty of nickel. I think their run defense should be strong. That’s sort of the focus of what I’m about to post. Though I’m not sure how losing Crowell changes things.

But McKelvin isn't the Nickel.
Youboty is. If McKelvin was it, I could see some more concern.

Not at all
McKelvin was very poor this preseason in coverage. He’s not ready for a big role on D yet, but will be soon…

But even then
isn’t he still a better option over Yobouty?

No
Youboty played VERY well this preseason, McKelvin did not and proved he wasn’t ready. Youboty EARNED the spot. He’s also a young guy who struggled to adjust to the NFL when he came along. He’s very talented in his own right, so it’s not exactly a bad thing for the Bills…

Turns out Crowell's out for the year
After Pos went out in week 1 last year, really bad luck for the Bills LB corps.

if it wasn't for bad luck
the Bills would have no luck at all. Seriously
