Tebow

fullback of the future.

Cal again?

Come on ABC everyone knows Kevin Riley is the worst QB in the Pac-10, don’t rub it in.

Who do I root for? USC? Notre Dame? Or a blackhole to suck the entire Notre Dame Stadium in?

I will vote for the 3rd option.

I like USC and ND

both have given Seattle good players.

I'd like to draft CJ Spiller

But no more Sam Bradford chasing for me.

Yeah.

It’s going to be interesting to see how the QB’s fare in the upcoming draft, especially with Locker coming way out of the blue to be seen by some as the first QB taken.

That’s not even considering what happens with Tebow? Is someone going to reach on this kid?

by djafrot on Oct 17, 2009 1:59 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

Almost sounds like the Tim Ruskell special

He doesn’t have the 4 year starter thing going for him, but Ruskell seems to like the guys who drop off the map their senior year.

He played himself out of the 1st round today

Granted the offensive line was not interested in blocking today.

Color me surprised.

I'm talking McCoy

He made some really bad decisions.

Not been too impressed with him this season at all. Oklahoma has a great defense but McCoy made some plays that Jevan Snead would make.

Meanwhile Cal is up 28-17 against UCLA.

You never know with a running back.

by John Morgan on Oct 17, 2009 2:25 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

Nope

For all his highlights, it’s Hutchinson that makes him great.

by John Morgan on Oct 17, 2009 2:38 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

He's a great open field runner

but too picky around the hole and a little too hungry for huge gains. If he was on the Raiders, he would be getting caught behind the line a lot.

by John Morgan on Oct 17, 2009 2:51 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

Insert grad school joke here.

I wonder if some ambitious commentator has snuck in Metamorphosis at some point.

by djafrot on Oct 17, 2009 2:23 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

I'm sure.

I imagine the NW newspaper can’t get enough.

by John Morgan on Oct 17, 2009 2:24 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

He's also a good bit like Seneca Wallace. His numbers look good, his team doesn't win.

Accurate on short throws, but rarely even looks at a receiver more than 7-10 yards downfield. Get NU in a 3rd on long and they’ll be punting. Also, our defense is predictable and bad. Good times.

by abender20 on Oct 17, 2009 2:32 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

Did anyone see that punt return from #85 for TCU?

That kid looks like the “human joystick”….

I saw a Kelly Jennings INT.......really....

Charles Brown

I’ve watched him all game and been impressed. Looks like a great fit for what we do. Can pass protect and is very agile in the run game.

Deion Sanders tried to adopt him,

and is still his “mentor”. I don’t want Neon anywhere near the Hawks, otherwise we’ll take Devine in the 2nd or 3rd round and he’ll demand $40 million.
