Are a subspecies of brown bear. As are Grizzly bears. Those look like brown bears, because they are without the silvering around the muzzle and shoulders which is what defines grizzlies (or Silvertips).

And I just realized I have dorked myself out completely…But I can’t help it, I’m from Alaska…
