Josh Scobey: On Your Television Tonight

At 6 PM Pacific time, the  California Redwoods will take on the Los Vegas Locomotives in the United Football League opener. The game will air on Versus. The Redwoods roster features the likes of former Husky Sonny Shackleford, former Seahawk Chris Cooper, and former NFLers Bobby Sippio and Derek Frost among others. The Locomotives are more exciting as they are led at quarterback by J.P. Losman and emply former Hawk and Oregon Duck Samie Parker at WR and former Seahawk special teams demon Josh Scobey at tailback. They also have Tim Rattay, Marcel Shipp, and Teddy Lehman among other former NFL players. Other former players in the league inclode Simeon Rice, Tatum Bell, and Koren Robinson. The Redwoods are coached by Dennis Green and the Locomotives by Jim Fassel.

A place to bury strangers.

I really wish Scobey were still with the 'Hawks

Josh Scobee kicking off to Josh Scobey? Surreal.

Seattle is cursed. For life.

This is sad,

He would probably start if he were on the other team, that didn’t have Losman.

The Hawks should be better.

I got to talk with him over the phone briefly

When my dad was out grocery shopping 5 years ago. I wished him good luck in the season in a year in which they would eventually finish 4-12.

Seattle is cursed. For life.

Sorry

I’ll explain it better.

My dad ran into him at a grocery store late at night and apparently he was nice enough to exchange a few words with me (I was at home). I thought he was joking when I picked up the phone but nope that’s what happened.

Seattle is cursed. For life.

Oh wow. That's pretty awesome.

Never thought of him as the type who would do that sort of thing.

The Hawks should be better.

There's an online stream too on the official site.

"I wish the Seahawks were back in the AFCW so we didn’t have to face Willis and Gore twice a year."
