Bad news for the Niners
Niners lose Staley and Clements. At 3-4 and Seattle at 2-5, a win over Detroit combined with Niners loss to the Titans evens up the record. And thanks to the Panthers dumping the Cards, they are at 4-3 and facing the Bears next week. Is the season really lost? I think not.

And you’re talking about them losing to the Titans?
This division is up for grabs between the Cards and Niners right now, with an obvious edge to the Cards. Still, the Cards loss to the Panthers just shows, once again, how friggin awful the NFC West is.
If the Seahawks somehow come back and grab the crown, that’ll be a real testament to its awfulness though.
