Why not go after this guy as General Manager? He's young, he's presided over solid 1st day picks like Big Ben, Polamalu and Casey Hampton. Yes, he currently works for a sworn enemy, but wouldn't it be therefore that much sweeter to pry this guy away? I'd much rather take a shot with a new guy who shows promise than with a retread like Holmgren who has proven that he can't do this job well.
