Seahawks at rams Open Thread
Maybe you read the title of this FanPost and thought "Ah! It looks like Katal forgot to capitalize the R in rams. I wonder why he made such a mistake."
Oh, I can assure you that no mistake was made. Capitalization denotes respect. There's absolutely no reason to respect the SOSAR. They're a bad team and we're going to beat them today for the tenth time in a row. That will provide us with the necessary momentum to take our revenge against the hated 49ers next week.
Anyway, because it doesn't look like one of the moderators is going to open a front page game thread, I thought I'd start one here. I can't wait for us to RUIN the rams' Sunday!
SEA!

Its not fox - Its a bandwidth issue.
Everyone in the NW is tuning into the same channel at the same time.
abender20 hates freedom.
by Scruffy Lefty on Nov 29, 2009 10:10 AM PST up reply actions
That makes no sense
All the non-on demand channels are “broadcast” through the pipe. They have a dedicated piece of spectrum over the cable. If there’s a problem comcast is exceeding that bandwidth. No different than if you watched over the air. Its just compressed differently and maybe comcast is stuffing too much together.
No one ever said comcast had great bandwidth.

by Scruffy Lefty on Nov 29, 2009 10:15 AM PST up reply actions
I was just confused
when you said it was bad because lots of people were watching it on TV. Number of viewers shouldn’t matter. Its probably a bandwidth issue, but not the number of viewers type.
Ya thats what I meant.
Just worded it wrong.

Comcast won’t allow me to just plug a cable into the back of my tv to watch their product. I have to use their stupid little black box, which means no free over the air HD for my local channels. he had one game in his contract year with 3 picks. that sealed the deal for his elite status. thus far he has 5 PI calls in just 4 games. he leads the league. awesome. and being on the pup list is not an excuse, if anything he should have been more ready to go.
2 consecutive seasons of less than mediocre play does deserve a whole lot of respect, but we just ignore that because he made the pro bowl 1 time.

I also blame the GM, drafting Curry instead of Sanchez. ALthough Sanchez has been throwing lots of picks, he might have been a better backup with Matt out earlier this year.
