Hawks do not plan trying to re-sign Laury
Special teams captain Lance Laury is a RFA this offseason, but the Seahawks do not plan on matching any qualifying offers.

Doesn't mean we won't try to re-sign him.
It just means we won’t guarantee him $1M to keep him from becoming an UFA. But the team can then re-sign him at a salary closer to the vet minimum.
I imagine a lot of fringe players in the NFL are in the same boat, now that the minimum RFA tender has jumped up to $1M. That’s a lot of coin for back-ups and ST’ers.

That’s kind of telling. I’d rather we have Bentley and Koutovides back for ST linebackers. personally.
