It's not enough to get busted for our Reginald ... whoa, no. No, best to get stopped on a DWI AND get caught with weed. On the opening day of free agency. And now the dream of Reggie catching four-yard slants with no YAC on third-and-8 for the Seahawks simply fade into the distance...

A gram is more than half of $20 bucks worth...it's still minsicule and not enough to prosecute, but it's more than nothing.
Regardless, if he were just driving high, I wouldn’t care so much. The alcohol bugs me though.

What's the difference between driving high and driving drunk?
Of course like everything else, degree matters. .08 is nothing, not sure how you measured highness.

Completely different effects on the body
It’s not right to drive while high, but it’s nothing like driving while drunk. A high driver is nervous, scattered and cautious. A drunk drivers is clumsy and reckless.

Never been drunk or high before.
But from what I’ve heard, wouldn’t marijuana increase sensitivity to light and sounds? That can’t be good while operating a vehicle.
