Was worth a read for this gem alone:

“so the plan is…lets get taller lighter guys to do a shorter heaver blocking guys job…and have them do a few leg presses on the weight bench and it will all be good…lmao…geez.. .seattle TEs are built more like our wides than our fulls….the first time the TEs are presented with some real weight to move i think it will be laffable…will beinteresting to see what happpens…..weaver was over rated…he almost didnt make the team 2 seasons ago..he fumbled 2 or 3 times in pre season….he was injury proned…he his career game last year with his 2 tds and giant runs…glad he had it here in seattle ….westbrook will make weaver look good …i could block for westbrook….thats a cake gig,”

Interesting about the 2 wide, 2 tight, 1 back formation

John seemed to think we would be running very few two tight end sets. Who the hell is he planning on playing opposite Carlson?

Presumably, John Owens.

Or perhaps Cameron Morrah.

It’s not Witten/Bennett but then again, not many team has 2 above average TEs readily available on the roster.

More two tight end and one back sets eh?

what’s he think this is, Indianapolis?

I’m a bit unsure about two tight end sets, since we don’t have much more then one tight end. Little excited about getting three wide receivers on the field consistently though. Holmgren liked the standard two back offense because it was hard to tell if a run or pass was coming. I guess it’ll come down to how often Knapp calls the run out of the 3 wide offense.
