Huff future Safety help?
Though there doesn't seem to be much evidence that would suggest Huff would be an upgrade for a certain position on Seattle's defense, he could still be one to consider if he is in fact released. Or, if our coaches like him enough to think they could make a player out of him, why not send over a late pick to ensure getting him? Just a few thoughts to throw out there.

I thought Huff was released months ago.

Put up your swords. You know not what you do."
Yeah, you'd think
Nah, he’s just buried in the depth chart, but not gone yet
Somehow I can’t gather much excitement for “hey, let’s pick up the Raiders’ failures!”, but then again, Oakland has shown it’s a bad place for talent to shine. If he’s free I wouldn’t mind the FO taking a look, but I’d be surprised if they’re interested.

Why not?
There are reasons he was a first round pick, after all. We could always use more training camp fodder.
Translation:
We want interceptions or you’re gone.
I think he is talented. In fact, I think he’s one of their better players. It’s not his fault that the Raider’s front seven is horrible. I would not be against signing him if he is released. If during the unlikelihood that he is released by the Raiders and picked up by the Seahawks, I wonder if the Seahawks would keep Grant at SS and use Huff at FS?
If he were to play for the Seahawks, I think it would be likely that he’d record his first career interception at the very least, given how talented the Seahawks front 7 is, provided that they stay healthy.
Sam Bradford, future Seattle Seahawk.
I thought you were talking about...
Aubrey, seeing how the M’s need a 3rd baseman now… ;)
Please, for the LOVE OF GOD, stop suggesting next year's 1st round pick (or picks) be used for Taylor Mays and or a QB of the future. Let's just let the season unfold, people, and evaluate much deeper in the process!!!
