So they trade 2nd round pick Brian Leonard for Orien Harris, a DT not guaranteed to make the Cincy roster,

and now realize Harris is crap so they trade him for Curry, a player the Lions just signed in free agency?

What?

All 3 of these teams deserve to draft in the top 5.

It makes the Rams marginally better

but yeah, pretty poor personnel management.

They do

But we want the Broncos to shoot for 1-15.

Do we?

I mean, of course I fully support them tanking, but after seeing that the Hawks are the second-biggest spenders for most of this decade, how is another top 5 pick’s salary going to affect the cap?

There'd still be dead money with all these guys gone next year

but I concur. We should be able to handle it just fine. Assuming we aren’t taking a position or role player with our 1st pick again, but a skill position player that would command that money anyway — QB, WR, RB, DE, CB.

Good points, all.

I'd like to see us trade a 1st-rounder or two for an elite veteran running back.

Forte or Turner or Sproles.
