Bumpus bumped

So much potential in that set of young receivers, so little production.

Is Bumpus PS eligible?

Brett Favre is the Kenny Powers of football.

He is

But he’s now a FA until teams can start forming the PS after final cuts

If they are releasing him now

It is very unlikely he is signed to the practice squad.

That was my thought as well

Then I went through the mental hurdles of "Maybe release him now ’cause teams are too concerned with their own cuts, and are specifically looking for value pick ups in the final cuts … "

Then I slapped myself for wasting the time overthinking it and realized we’re talking about the 9th WR here, and he’d hadn’t seen the field in any preseason game.

Bummer. I had a soft spot for him.

Poor fella

Always had a soft spot for local products

Looked decent when he got a chance.

Andrew Raycroft for backup? Does not compute.

I will smash your face into a jelly.
