Deon Butler Fantasy Impact?
Okay, apparently we aren't allowed to ask questions unrelated to articles. Sorry about that, I was just trying to save room on the front page.
Anyway, do you guys expect Deon Butler to make much of a fantasy impact this year? I'm trying to decide between him and Austin Collie (who is competing for the 3rd WR spot with the Colts) for who to take for my last fantasy spot. It has to be a rookie and I think those are probably the best two guys available. Any thoughts?

Butler has Deion Branch ahead of him, and a TE they want to keep on the field at all times.
If Collie really has the chance to be #3, I’d go with him. But I do not know the Colts situation.
He should be the #3
Or at least should play the slot when Anthony Gonzalez is outside. But sometimes they want to put Gonzalez in the slot and have Pierre Garcon be the outside receiver. Collie has looked great so far in preseason though.

…however Collie and Garcon could rotate and Clark regularly plays the slot. That’s a tough one. Depends on your scoring, too. PPR I’d probably lean Collie, while Butler probably gets more yards and TDs through the occasional big play. The TDs will go elsewhere in Indy.
Early prospect watch: RB C.J. Spiller, QB Jevan Snead, OT Ciron Black, DT Gerald McCoy, S Eric Berry, DT Ndamukong Suh, CB Ras-I Dowling 6'2, 200, RB Jonathan Dwyer
Are these...
your only choices? I mean, seriously, aren’t there better options out there?
Both guys are essentially non-impact, and if you are filling the last couple spots on your roster, better to go with a home-run swing in regard to upside…
Please, for the LOVE OF GOD, stop suggesting next year's 1st round pick (or picks) be used for Taylor Mays and or a QB of the future. Let's just let the season unfold, people, and evaluate much deeper in the process!!!

I agree what about?
these players? Chris Henry, Troy Williamson, Laurent Robinson, Miles Austin, Bryant Johnson, Hakeem Nicks?? All but Miles Austin and Chris Henry are number 2 recievers with size and lots of potential to be the next Eddie Royal. Miles Austin is 1 injury from being a number 2 and may over take Patrick Crayton if he does not step up. Chris Henry is a TD machine, check out his stats on nfl.com and you will see in very limited action he will and does score TD’s. He also caught 1 TD in each of the preseason games. All of these guys are better choices then Austin Collie or Butler.
