Interesting little segment but the move Deon Butler does on the 15 yd reception is gorgeous. I am excited for him, he shatters ankles. I would watch the video just for that.

Yes, that Butler play is amazing.
Though I’d attribute much of it’s success to Bates. That’s an interesting wrinkle… it’s set up as one of those crossing routes where the inside guy rubs the WR’s DB. The DB, having noted the formation and perhaps the tendency of offenses to run that rub-cross, overreacts and runs wide over the top of the rub, and Deon just wiggles back to the sideline.
Genius. Truly a 21st century football play.
Yeah...
definitely going to run that play in intramural football this Wednesday.
