Post Your Hawk: Week 10

Seattle Seahawks (4-4) vs. Arizona Cardinals (3-5)

Seattle Injuries: Chris Baker TE (Foot, DNP Wed.), Colin Cole DT (Ankle, DNP Wed.), Marshawn Lynch RB (Thigh, LP Wed.), Russell Okung OT (Ankle, LP Wed.), Michael Robinson RB (Hamstring, DNP Wed.), Golden Tate WR (Ankle, DNP Wed.), Lofa Tatupu LB (Knee, DNP Wed.)

Arizona Injuries: Will Davis LB (Knee, LP Wed.), Darnell Dockett DT (Shoulder, LP Wed.), Clark Haggans LB (Groin, DNP Wed.), Paris Lenon LB (Ankle, DNP, Wed.), Joey Porter LB (Knee, LP Wed.), Kerry Rhodes S (Hand, LP Wed.), Beanie Wells RB (Knee, DNP Wed.)

Star-divide

Well, I can't say that I didn't see last week coming. I thought the Seahawks' offense could have a little bit more success than they did, but, wow, what a disaster. I don't feel all that warm and fuzzy about this week, either. Arizona has been playing a little better lately with Derek Anderson under center (or should I say less bad?), and the Seahawks have been playing much much worse lately.

My Hawk of the week is Chris Clemons. Two sacks, two tackles for loss, and a fumble recovery. However, the Seahawks continue to struggle with Hasselbeck and lose 20-10.

Chirp took the honors last week for picking Ben Obomanu. Click the following link for the point prediction spreadsheet: Link. Surf Hawk, Farrell, diehard_82, and I are all battling it out for the top spot.

Trufant.

1 pick for a TD, on one of those “QB just flings it up into a soft zone” plays.

Ahhh! I dropped considerably

I was like top 5 last week, now I’m no. 9.

Anyways, I’ll go with Earl Thomas. 1 Pick. Hawks win it 7-3 in the ugliest game known to man

"...and Kareem Jackson will fall down..."

Wow, he hasn't had an INT since 2006?

and only 1, for his career. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but that is irrefutable evidence of a lack of ball skills, right there.

Dude.

Very. Nice.

Why can't my higher than average expectations ever be met in the football world? Why?

Have any stock market advice now?

Heater!

1 sack, 5.5 tackles (1.5 for a loss), a pass defended (defensed?) and an INT.
Hawks scrape by for the win, 17-14.

Brock

4 tackles, 2 sacks, forced fumble, and one sweet-ass “I sacked the DA” dance.

Hawks look AMAZING and destroy the opposition, 34 – 12. The 12 comes courtesy of a safety. We might win big, but we still occasionally look like bumbling idiots.

I am going to come into your house at night and rec up the place.

Mike Williams is my Hawk.

10 catches, 95 yards, 1 touchdown. Unfortunately, I don’t see a win this week, and the Seahawks fall 31 to 16.

24-10 Hawks

Clint Gresham- perfect on his long snaps!.....and there will be many snaps to Jon Ryan

There is just no one on this team right now that I have any confidence in playing well.

Cardinals win a crapfest 23-10, as Russell Okung turns his now weekly gameday sideline time into a moneymaker for the team with “Take your picture with a REAL Seahawks Lineman” photo opportunities. This serves the duel purpose of diverting fan’s attention away from the field full of this week’s contest winners of “Who wants to be a Seahawk Lineman.”

In other weekly highlights, Pete Carroll’s follow up book: “Win thru Mid-October” gets greenlighted by his publisher.

by Farrell on Nov 13, 2010 2:24 PM PST reply actions

Seahawks win. 20-17

Mebane brings the heavy hand and the Hawks D is back to “you can’t run on us”. This will give ET a pick.
