So much for Flex Scheduling
I thought they created it so we wouldn’t have to watch 4-8 non-playoff teams this late in the season. I guess they make an exception for the Cowboys.
At one point you though Mebane would be a good nose tackle didn't you?
And I think Hawthorne could hold up in the middle.
He is about as badass dirty mean as it gets
I don’t know where we would work him in, but he is going to be a good player.
Simply from the fact that he will will himself to be a good player.
Yeah I even though I am a Husky I have a soft spot for the wildcats
I met Kitna at a football camp at CWU. Nice guy, worked with a bunch of high school kids for hours.
Tapp sighting!
Man I miss that guy.

Kitna is a journeyman proffessional who doesn't fuck around
or worry about how he looks or fucking the cheerleaders.
Romo should take notes.
I heard an interesting discussion as to weather dallas was better with or without Romo at this point
I am starting to think that they are better with Kitna cause he is a team guy and he isn’t trying to do too much.
I think Dallas was an okay team with some bad luck,
and some of that luck has turned since the loss of Romo and Phillips.
Are they better?
Performance seems pretty comparable. Just a matter of losing some close games early and winning some close games late.
Vick and the long pass:
He’s way better at that than I ever realized. He can throw it deep and accurate, very impressive this year.
DeMarcus Ware just ruined Schmitt.
Is that the light at the end of the tunnel, or the headlights of an oncoming train?
did the refs not call that holding-facemask penalty because their is no such thing as a hold on the facemask?
Cuz if not their should be.

Remember a few years back when Seattle blew out Philly on Monday night?
40-0 I think with Philly starting some scrub backup qb, MacMahon or something…….man, those were good times…..
sigh...
Locker --> Seahawks = Superbowl

Evidently the Metrodome people believe they can have the Metrodome ready to go for next weeks Vikings game on Monday night
Which would be rather quick turnaround for a busted roof.

I say tear off the roof and play in the elements.
Outdoor football in Minnesota is long, long overdue.

Pray for no more snow?
I guess this isn’t the first time it’s collasped, it’s the fourth, but the first time since 1983.
Any guess to what street free agent receiver Seattle signs this week?
or maybe someone from practice squad?

Meanwhile, as the Eagles lose
The Falcons just move along as they prove to be the best team in the NFC.

Forfeit.
Strange what a team can build on when they successfully get a franchise QB…..
You think we could try that?
Accustomed to mediocrity.
I'm holding off until after this offseason.
Carroll and Schneider get a full before I start evaluating the program, I guess. Other than the draft, however, I’ve not seen the benefit of most of their tune.
Way to lose 20 yards on that return

If we don't go for a QB in the draft
I think Schneider would make a play for Kolb.

mike vicks a free agent ;)

I'd do the deal
Hasselbeck is only decisively better than Derek Anderson and Jimmy Clausen right now.

Build off of someone they've seen play a few in the NFL
My brain is scrambled watching the Seahawks. It didn’t used to be this way.
Accustomed to mediocrity.
I'm torn. On one hand, yeah you want to develop the whole offense together and have more time with your QB.
Also, who knows if Kolb is that good? However, there’s so much risk in drafting a QB and if you think Locker is less risky than Kolb, well, you’re a nut.
His arm is way better than Anderson, both in strength and accuracy.
And, you know, he’s good. Anderson was a prospect based on tools alone, Mallett has the production to go with it.
I wouldn't take Locker in the first
with maybe the exception of if they make the playoffs and pick in the 20s.
I really dislike all the knocks on his surrounding talent because I think he has at worst average Pac10 skill position players.
But good god is his offensive line bad. I’m excited to see what he’s able to do at the senior bowl.
His line doesn't account for his terrible decision making

Clayton says 1st and 3rd here.
I also read that the Eagles ‘want’ two 1sts but there are no takers for that high a price so thus…

im sure pete could get Vick totally pumped and jacked about throwing to Ruvell Martin and handing off to Micheal Robinson.

Unbelievable, I was down .8 points in fantasy looking to play spoiler
And who does my Eagles fan opponent start? DeSean Jackson, David Akers, and the Eagles D.
Who did I start? The catchless Maclin and LeSean McCoy.

Its so crazy to see option/zone read plays run in the NFL

Alright, so I need to hope that Anquan Boldin and Ahmad Bradshaw can score
7 (NFL.com) fantasy points for me tomorrow. Only way I’m going to win.
I just have to hope Arian Foster and Sidney Rice combine for less than about 60 points
also I have this Pederson guy so I should be able to pull it out.

If the Eagles can improve their defense (or fire McDermott)
then they could be a very good team for quite a while.
Why does everyone rag on McDermott so much?
The Eagles have an above average to good defense according to DVOA, Advanced NFL Stats efficiency ratings and yards per game. The only stat they don’t rate particularly well in is points per game.
Well done, Eagles.
Well done.
