Seattle Injuries: Chris Clemons DE (Ankle, DNP Wed.), Will Herring LB (Hamstring, DNP Wed.), Junior Siavii DT (Neck, DNP Wed.), Chris Spencer C (Shoulder, DNP Wed.), Lofa Tatupu LB (Knee, DNP Thurs.), Marcus Trufant CB (Back, DNP Wed.)

Last week was a shit sandwich, and this week looks to be no different. Let's run down the list, shall we?
- Superior opponent? Check.
- Road Game? Check.
10 am PST start time? Check.Uncheck. I forgot the game got pushed back to 1 pm PST.
Tampa Bay isn't great, but they're a helluva lot better than the Seahawks. That being said, I don't really think this game is going to be a blowout; I think the Hawks will be able to exploit some of their weaknesses. Namely, the running game. My Hawk this week is Beast Force. I think they combine for something like 120 rushing yards, 60 receiving yards, and one touchdown. But Hasselbeck, who has already turned back into a pumpkin, turns into a rotten, collapsed jack-o-lantern that somebody has left outside until Christmas. He throws the game with another three picks, and the Hawks lose 24-13.
BeaverBird had a nice prediction, picking Charlie Whitehurst to pick up a touchdown last week. And now that I've refined the way we're doing the adjusted averages in the point prediction competition, Surf Hawk is absolutely KILLING. Well done, sir. Here's the link: Link.
Happy holidays, everybody!
SHE! HAWKS!

The game is at 1:15, not 10 AM anymore.
BMW – 11 catches, 68 yards, stopped at the 1 yard line AGAIN
Buccaneers 47 Seahawks 17.
Accustomed to mediocrity.

Just fyi, the spreadsheet says I didn't make a pick last week but I actually did.
I had Seattle winning by 6 in OT.
As for this week, I’ll go with Matt 22 of 30 274 2 TD’s 0 int. Hawks win 27-21.
Thanks.
I’ll make sure the spreadsheet reflects this correction.

I have no idea how I'm in the top 5
I’ve had some horrible, HORRIBLE predictions this year. And now I’m going to completely contradict myself:
Hasselbeck: 19/32, 268 yds, 2TDs 1INT
Getting benched and called out by the fans and the media this past week pushes Matt to his best game in a month and a half.
Hawks pull the late upset 27-24.
Hm.
Charlie Whitehurst comes in during garbage time, goes 11-23 and throws for 140 yards and one touchdown.
Bucs 34, Seahawks 13
Obomanu and Williams
Combine for 130+ yards leaping over Ronde and the sub-Amoeba E.J. Biggers all. Goddamn. Day.
Seahawks win 31 – 21
Hasselbeck gets pulled sometime in the first half after a pick and fumble.
Charlie comes in and goes 14-25 206 yards 2 TD 1 INT. Hawks win on his shoulders, 24-13

Marshawn Lynch
Runs it up the gut, dragging defenders. For yardage this time.
Seahawks 24, Tampa Bay 21
Blah
J.P. Losman 34 of 42 980 yards and 15 td’s
marshawn lynch 36 carries 489 yards 10 td’s
seahawks lose by 56

T.B. hasn't beat anybody with a winning record this year
And half their defense is on I.R. .If the hawks can play “Head Out OF Ass” football, they can win this one.
31-28, Seahawks win!!
Hass throws 3 INTs in the first half, is benched at half time with a 21-7 or so type score. Whitehurst comes in and goes ballistic, the game ends with the Hawks winning 31-28.
lol…even i don’t believe it, but my gut says it’s going to happen!!!!!!!
hope we keep it close
Also hopes beast mode goes nuts. Take the game out of the qbs hands. Whoever that ends up being.

Justin Forsett
98 yards, 2 TDs (one rushing, one through the air)
Hawks lose it, 28-17
If you're a fan of basketball, watch a movie called Sonicsgate. It's free, just google it.
Craig Terrill.
Spends most of the game sitting on the turf or doing his patented “Swim, Spin, and Fall” technique. Despite that, he blocks a FG even though it doesn’t affect the outcome of the game.
Bucs 27-17
Llama's cut/release list:
Terrill, Trufant, Jennings, Locklear, Hasselbeck, Andrews, and so many more
A question for all
IF Hawks lose at Tampa AND Rams lose to Niners this week, then Hawks beat Rams but Niners also beat Cards next week, do Hawks or Niners make the playoffs? Both 7-9 and each with win at home in head to head, both blowouts.
My money is on Hasselbeck with 25-36 passing, 1 td and no INT’s. Hawks win one more road game 23-20 and control their own destiny at home against the Rams in Week 17, finishing 8-8 and avoiding the immortality of a losing team making the playoffs.
49ers win the division
Because they would be 5-1 in the division while we would be 4-2.
Accustomed to mediocrity.
We would be 8-8 if we won the next two, the best SF can do is 7-9. If we win tomorrow and STL loses we still control our destiny, and can't make the playoffs with a 7-9 record.
I think that’s what diehard’s ideal scenario is. I have to say I agree.
