OT: Favorite Comedians; WASHINGTON HUSKIES GO DANCING!!!
I'm a fan of comedy, particularly stand-up comics and anyone who can effectively improvise and destroy hecklers. I also laugh at anyone who thinks Dane Cook is funny. Just because he has conniptions on stage doesn't mean he can make his awful jokes any funnier. Without further ado my favorite stand-up comics are:
- George Carlin
- Russell Peters
- Frankie Boyle
- Richard Jeni
- Rodney Dangerfield
- Tim Allen
Who are your favorite stand-up comedians of all time?
Also, HUSKIES!!!!! Thanks for showing the balls and determination to win the Pac-10 title!!! On to the NCAA Tournament you go. I didn't think this team would even win a road game in the Pac-10 regular season but they had a strong finish to the season and beat Cal 79-75 today to win that automatic bid. Go Washington!

Hedberg is great. RIP.
The Seattle Seahawks offense is driving......right into a brick wall at the end of the tunnel.
Hedberg is awesome
And I’m going to have to throw Richard Pryor out there and Doug Stanhope and David Cross and Eddie Izzard

Brian Regan is my favorite right now
and has been for awhile. Zach Galifinakis is great, and yes, I saw his stand up before he was in the Hangover. I enjoy all of the ones that you have listed.

Holmgren traded for Seneca, signed Delhomme.
Still wish he was running the Seahawks?
I honestly think if we had hired him this QB roster wouldn't change a lick.

Wait really?
Holy fuck he did sign Delhomme! Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Oh my God did we ever dodge a bullet on that!
ha, what a joke!
Wait, that happened?? Oh Walrus, what are you thinking. I mean, seriously? Really? Seriously?

Chris Rock, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, Woody Allen and Groucho Marx.
I can’t name any current comics, which sucks ass, because it used to be a real interest of mine.
Damn I forgot about Chris Rock.

I think Bill Cosby should be included in any list of great comedians
Also Jeff Denham does a great ventrilaquist act. He has Walter and Achmed the dead Terrorist
The future is looking better
I can't stand Dunham
I honestly don’t see why everyone find him sooooooo funny. Sure he’s good at his ventrilaquist act, no questions about that…but his jokes are extremely bland…really typical… and just not very funny IMO
I Bleed Blue and Green
Chris Rock, Mitch Hedberg, and George Carlin.
I’ve loved Carlin for years now, but I saw some of his older stuff a week ago. Still funny as hell.
Now with more lemon bars!
He shut me up for a while. I didn't want him fired this year (I think I said I'd give him one more year to sort out this road crap)
But now I can’t get enough of Romar.
Isaiah Thomas = Midget god we should all bow down to.

David Cross, Jim Gaffigan, Ron White, Chapelle
Quite the mixed bag. And I once saw Norm McDonald live standup, and it might’ve been the funniest shit I’ve ever seen.
Oh yeah, and Dane Cook sucks.
and Eddie Murphy
Delirious and Raw are still hilarious
Hedberg, Carlin, Cosby, Pryor and Eddie Murphy
Peters, Seinfeld and Gaffigan are in the mix for that last spot.
Marquette it is in the 6/11 matchup in San Jose.
GO DAWGS!
"BANG!" - Jim Lampley's first word as a child
I used to be more into standup
but after going to a few improv shows, standup just doesn’t stand up any more. Eddie Izzard was always the best, tho.
WTF is a great podcast Marc Maron does about comedy
lot’s of great guests Cross, Oswalt, Gaffigan.
Give me an offensive line or give me death!
I have just finished working 23 hours straight.
This is the first time I have actually wrote myself to vomiting. Goodnight all.
It was ok, mostly.
I never, never puke, but the weird thing was I just didn’t have time for it. It was very football. I just let it out and strapped the pads back on.
Thats brutal. I pulled a 40 hour shift once but it was only work in the sense that I was at work.
Was it a big push for a deadline?
Jim Norton
was by far the best comedy show I have ever been to….literally could not breathe and tears running down my face.
What was great about his act was that it never let down…it just kept on piling up and piling up, no breaks between making you react in some form.
I Bleed Blue and Green
Jerry Clower and Andy Griffith
They were not really stand up comedians but they told some of the funniest stories of their time. Good for all audiences.
