Fingers crosse!
That would be great. not to mention we would get to play McNabb twice a year. Hope Josh Wilson likes diving for interceptions
I know that Seattle needs to play it close to the vest, but I sort of fear that they don't see a need for a quarterback.
I fear that, too.
On sports radio on Monday — I forget who — told of speaking with Carroll & Schneider at the combine and Carroll saying they really need to get 2 more years out of Hasselbeck. Of course any mention of Hasselbeck will bring lip service, and it may or may not be genuine in spite of that, but as it was described, it was fairly unsolicited.
Why would a young, rebuilding Rams sign a 33 (34 in 2010) year old QB?
It just doesn’t make sense.
It’s a damned good trade for the Eagles, and a fairly poor one for the Rams.
No way it’ll happen. In fact, I’ll eat my boxers if this happens.
6/14/40. Sweet.
Coaches are keen on saving their jobs
And that’s what this reads like to me. McNabb and Suh would make the Rams look better in 2010, and that will keep Spags employed.
It's a pretty good bet that the Eagles intend to unload McNabb and start Kolb
It’s the smart thing to do. Not to mention getting value before it’s too late. It would be a smart thing for Seattle to do too had they ever bothered to look for Matt’s replacement.
Why would you want...
the Seahawks to waste (in my opinion) a pick on Bradford and Clausen when they have a very real chance of being able to get an even better QB next year (Jake Locker, or possibly Andrew Luck if Stanford has a really good year)? Clausen and Bradford just seem so unimpressive to me, maybe it would be better for the ’Hawks to focus on Defense and O-line improvements than a knee jerk reaction to mediocre Qb talent.
How very real is it?
We’d have to suck hard, and everyone else to not suck as hard.

We have the 6th pick in the draft this year and we may not even get a shot at either of the top two QB's
What makes everyone assume we’ll be in a better position next year? The Locker talk gets a little old, like it would be in the bad for next year. I don’t think we’ll have a shot at him unless we trade a good portion of our draft. Sanchez went 5th last year. Sanchez.
Of course, there’s always the possibility Locker tanks next year and we can get him in the 6th round.
