Seahawks Trade Down Fourth- and Sixth-Round Pick for LenDale White and Kevin Vickerson
Seattle moved down in the fourth and sixth to land LenDale White and Kevin Vickerson. White is a good power back, and losing carries to Chris Johnson is no major failure. White needs to get his shape under control for more than five minutes to be effective and shouldn't steal carries from Justin Forsett. However, Seattle spent almost nothing to grab White. Vickerson has good length, and could peak late. He just turned 27. This is all upside.

Lost 30 lbs
I guess White lost 30 lbs this off-season after quitting drinking entirely, his drink of choice was tequila.
That was LAST year.
we’ll see if he kept it off…
