It's been a busy off-season for me, and if Field Gulls seems a little slow over the last few months, it's because I finished writing and am now editing The 100 Things Seahawks Fans Should Know & Do Before They Die. Which apparently has an Amazon page - just found that out. I'm sure to be shilling uncontrollably over the next few months, as is my wont. It's actually pretty good. Color me surprised.

The other project I've been busy with and the purpose of this post is the launch of SB Nation Seattle. I am the site's editor, but luckily, we've also contacted talented people to contribute. I mostly muck up things and tell bawdy jokes, you know, like a real boss. We are in the testing phase right now, but Wednesday, June 30, the site goes public. To mark this ruinous occasion, this pox on a city already scarred beyond recognition by its sports teams, we're holding a meet up at the Rock Bottom Brewery.
