I have to hit the road in just a minute. My first training camp report will be posted later today.
This is an open thread for discussing all things related to the Seahawks training camp.

Okung and Thomas just need to sign
so I’ll be able to sleep at night. I can’t wait to see Thomas in action when I hit camp this week. What is everyone else looking forward to the most?
PS if anybody cares to chat at camp on Monday, I’ll be there in my Hawks shirt with 26 on the back and “PISTOL” across the top.

O'Neil: Washington and Thurmond both cleared to practice
I’m excited that the first day of camp starts with a little bit of good news.
So I was there, but didn't see you at all.
Too many people there to figure out where you were.
I thought it was fun, but I got much less out of it than I expected. I need to look at the roster and numbers a bit better. Last year I knew who everyone was, this year I kept seeing players making plays and not having any clue who they were.
Did notice some interesting things.
Vickerson right at the end came up limping, looked like his left knee but he was trying to walk it off. He didn’t have to be helped anywhere, but since he’s been trying to come back from a knee injury anyway, it wasn’t a good thing to watch. It did not look major in any way, we’ll see if he’s back at it this afternoon.
Watched Babs twist his ankle, but didn’t take any time off. Minor injuries are going to happen every day.
I might save the rest for a writeup.
Mike Sando had some interesting camp notes.

My favorite line;
Seattle fans used to seeing undersized corner Kelly Jennings bounce off Larry Fitzgerald of the division-rival Arizona Cardinals instead saw Jennings bounce off the 6-foot-5 Williams, who snatched the ball cleanly and didn’t seem to notice Jennings.
The part about Tatupu made me hopeful;
The Seahawks’ roster lists Hill at 238 pounds and Lofa Tatupu at 250 pounds. Those are not official. Tatupu appeared trimmer to me. Hill appeared heavier.I hope this is the work of the S&C coach getting Lofa back to his old USC form.

Leroy's been smokin the reefer
Those munchies have a way of packing on the pounds.
What's all this about Schmitt being injured??
Don’t we only have one other FB on the roster?

Elbow infection.
Quentin Gathers can play fullback, there’s also Ryan Powdrell, a udfa from usc, I believe Jameson Konz played a little fullback. Not too worried, Bate’s system doesn’t use the fullback as much as Holmgren’s or Knapp’s.
