Yes, sir. I would just like to thank the Seattle Seahawks for giving me a chance, and thank the 49ers for allowing me to move on. (...) Like I said, I’m sure the 49ers have turned the page, and so have I. I’m just happy to be here as a Seattle Seahawk. (...) (on how he'll fit in) That's up to the coaches. All I can try to do is work hard every day, play to the best of my abilities, try to mesh with my teammates. Y'know, try to help this team win.
Kentwan Balmer, following an afternoon's practice in which he saw limited work, mostly at 3-tech defensive tackle position, but also jumping in at the 5-tech end position.

He speaks typical bland playerspeak!
But it’s what happens. I was more interested in the “he’s practiced mostly at undertackle and some at 5-tech end” myself.
Good to know he’s here. Hope the E.J. Wilson connection will help him speed along. Dunno why the article tries to make something of the fact that Quinn once worked him out.

But not every player speaks as such
We can rattle off players without such tact til the cows come home. I’ll take lip service over an obvious head case any day.

Point well taken.
For a guy who’s maturity can be legitimately questioned after his very recent dealings with the 49ers, it helps to see a little maturity at this point.
"Try to mesh with my teammates."
This is something I’m wondering about. Maybe he didn’t mesh with some of the players in the 49ers locker room on top of whatever else it was bothering him?
And then God created Saturn... and he liked it, so he put a ring on it.
Twitter me and what not.
It's just playerspeak
But it’s certainly possible. Disgruntled players tend to mesh less well anyway. Kind of a chicken or egg question there.

I just read
here that LoJack will see some time as a Leo end. At the end of the post it says that LoJack has more sacks than Michael Strahan did at this point in his career. Dare I hope for LoJack yet? Dare I?

Sure, if they use him like Giants used Strahan.
However, as John has pointed out, it really doesn’t look as if Lawrence Jackson fits anywhere, given the scheme and the personnel.

You could say Jackson is in the same situation here as Balmer in San Fran
Let’s hope it ends better.

I guess we need to see if LoJack can be any good at Leo
If he is then fantastic. If not, well, yeah…

Without knowing the full extent of Jackson's situation
I’d say that’s a fair statement.

Willie McGinnest seems like a more appropriate model for L.J. to follow
At least in this scheme. Think that might be a far reach for him though.
We all know the Niners. and every other team in the league, for that matter
are a bunch of douches anyway. Maybe he didn’t get along with the douchebag faction in his old locker room. If that was the case, we’re golden.
