Over/Under
Sort of a community discussion on your outlook on the team for the upcoming regular season. Will the Seattle Seahawks get over/under the amount I've put in for the 2010 NFL Season? I've separated it into offense, defense, and special teams. Most of this involves team statistics but there are a few pertaining to individuals. If I happen to pick a number you think will be the exact total than just say "push". You can answer all or just pick and choose.
My answers are in brackets.
Offense
1,800 rushing yards (over)
3,500 passing yards (under)
35 sacks allowed (under)
80 catches for TJ Houshmandzadeh (over)
15 interceptions thrown by Matt Hasselbeck (push)
1 start for Charlie Whitehurst as a direct result of poor play from Hasselbeck (under)
4 sacks allowed by Russell Okung (under)
Defense
15 interceptions (over)
25 sacks (under, the Seahawks did not reach 30 last season)
3 sacks for Aaron Curry (push)
1500 sacks for Nick Reed (over)
5 interceptions for Josh Wilson (under)
Special Teams
90% field goal accuracy by Olindo Mare (over)
1 kick/punt return for a touchdown (push)
1 fake punt (over, Jon Ryan has to make his money some way)
And one special non O/U:
What is more likely to happen? The Seahawks finishing worse or better than 5-11? (Better)

This will get huge if we answer them all, so I'll go with just the offense.
1,800 rushing yards (over)
3,500 passing yards (over)
35 sacks allowed (over)
80 catches for TJ Houshmandzadeh (over)
15 interceptions thrown by Matt Hasselbeck (under)
1 start for Charlie Whitehurst as a direct result of poor play from Hasselbeck (under)
4 sacks allowed by Russell Okung (push?)
Yeah you don't have to answer them all.
Toronto FC - Where road games are forfeited and we STILL have no idea how to play from behind.
Better overall record.
Offense: O, U, O, U, U, U (but two from injury), O
Defense: U, U, P, ∞, U
Special teams: O on all three
Bonus!
5: Times Housh complains about wanting the ball more (push)
Thank you, Walter Jones.
Thank you, Ken Griffey Jr.

If he only allowed 4 sacks, that'd be a miracle.
Didn’t Walter Jones allow like 8 his rookie year or something? Struggling to find the data, but I swear it was around that.

seems a little high
but his rookie season was his highest i believe. I think that may have been his worst year for penalties also.
