Seahawks trim to 75
To reach the mandatory 75 for August 31st, Seahawks released DE Ricky Foley (as mentioned earlier), OG Gregg Peat, WR Kole Heckendorf and PK Clint Stitser, and put DT Jonathan Lewis on IR (after he broke his thumb versus the Vikings).
