Per Brett Miller's comment: Completion % is the stat that translates most closely to the NFL of any statistic, and that is a huge red flag against Jake Locker.
So what I want to find is a list of QB's that had good NFL careers that never completed better then 60% in college. Or had a dip from their Junior year from their Senior year.
