Number 1 is the best news...

since Apple continues to lose marketshare to Android based phones, and less than 25% of all cell phone users, and less than 1/3rd of all smartphone users, use iphones. They are fine phones, but the Android market is much larger, for sure.

I've used the SBNation App, and didn't take long to go back to mobile browser-based surfing here.

I’m pretty good with adopting new interfaces and technologies. The designers just didn’t realize what the basic experience of an SBNation blog user/community member is. It’s not to browse aggregated content for a particular city from the SBNation site and the corresponding team-specific sites. It’s to pick out the interesting articles from the noise, and then participate in discussion about them.

Updated, eh? Maybe I’ll take a look, but it’s been a quality-designed app that provides a poor user experience, to me.

Head of catering.
