I still have to pinch myself from time to time when thinking about last week's victory over the Ravens. I expected the Seahawks' defense to play well, but not be as opportunistic as they were; additionally, I did not expect to see the offense do as much as they did -- granted, they were given a lot of opportunities that they didn't capitalize on. But, hey, a victory is a victory, and when it comes over Ray Lewis I'm a happy man.

I'm feeling very confident about Sunday's game. The Rams are in bad shape, and I think the Seahawks will be able to exploit that. In fact, I think a shutout is even possible. I'm not going to bank on it, but it wouldn't surprise me if it happens.

My Hawk this week is Beastshawn LynchMode. I think the Hawks build an early and comfortable lead and ride Marshawn Lynch to victory. He finishes with 160 yards of total offense along with two TDs -- one 20+ yard run, one 1-yard plunge. Hawks win easily, 20-3.
