KamBam fined 20k for helmet-to-helmet with Anquan Boldin

I respect the spirit of the rule, but this rule needs to be revised some. Receivers lowering their heads towards defenders has become a viable strategy. This is bad, Roger. Very bad. Also, 20k? Ouch. The NFL needs to scale some of these fines based on salary.
