We all saw Holmgren turn red and rocket his headset into the ground, but the discipline came from what he preached in practice and his skill as a teacher.

One thing to bear in mind about home field advantage...
…is that it’s most effective at the beginning of the game and by game’s end both teams are used to it. So, if Seattle goes into the 2nd half with a lead, they have an excellent chance of winning it, as crappy as they’ve been.
