Gifs! Everyone loves gifs! Everyone might not love these gifs because these are my first gifs and they're alright, but not the best. I have a plan to make future ones better, but for now these will do.
I'm not going to spend a ton of time talking about these because I'm kind of in a hurry and because you can see the plays for yourself and make your own conclusions. I know what I took away from them and I'm interested to see what other people take away from them.
Play One: James Carpenter vs Victor Butler
Carpenter looks like he's trying to turn his man inside and allow Lynch to bounce out. Carpenter doesn't make the best block, with Victor shedding him and getting in position to make a tackle, and Lynch takes a poor angle. It's also possible Carpenter isn't trying to turn his man inside and just flat out sucked on this play. Lynch does seem to have a hole straight up the A gap that he's not able to get to because of Carpenter.
Play Two: James Carpenter vs Barry Church
Carpenter whiffs something fierce but Moffit, for reasons I can't discern, comes off his double team and takes care of Church. This opens a nice lane for Lynch who hits it hard and gets a nice gain.
Play Three: Russell Okung vs Anthony Spencer
Russell reaches, Spencer sheds and blows up the play. Booo Russell.
Play Four: Robert Gallery vs Demarcus Ware
Yep.
Play Five: Brandon Browner vs Dez Bryant vs Richard Sherman
Costaring Earl Thomas as Bullet. "Shoot me!"
Browner blows his coverage, Romo makes a nice toss and Sherman saves the day.
Requests for .gifs are great but please be aware that this is fairly time consuming right now and I'll likely not get to most requests. And, like I said above, these are my first .gifs. I'm using photoshop to make them, if anyone has tips to improve these I'd greatly appreciate them.
(DK comment - I too love Gifs and realize how much time goes into making these and thought it would be interesting to hear some analysis of the plays NateDogg has highlighted. Word.)
