Random (Tebow!) thought
You know whose ass this defense would kick? Tim Tebow's ass. If you've noticed from the Patriots game, especially the second half, Tim Tebow absolutely blows chunks against tight man coverage since receivers do not come open quick enough, and he panics like crazy. He does ok against Cover-1 looks which he gets a lot with the need for a safety spy, especially focusing on Thomas, but I don't know that we'd need that much Cover-1. He's a tough runner, sure, but I think our linebackers and Kam Chancellor would enjoy hitting him. This was your random non-sequitur thought of the week.

I'm not sure I agree.
I don’t think Tebow panics at all. I’ve seen him spend hours in the pocket if the defense will let him (41 second mark in particular), and the Hawks’ pass rush would certainly let him. The corners, meanwhile, are very susceptible to double moves. They don’t have the acceleration or recovery speed to stop and start again. Tebow’s inability to read a defense leads to 10 second long scramble drills, and that could be really hard on the Seahawks D.
I'm also skeptical
I don’t think our defense could handle too much of Tebow’s improvisation. We do best against teams playing straight-forward, no-nonsense football and the Tebow-lead Broncos employ plenty of “nonsense”.

Spending hours in the pocket doesn't equate not panicing
When he’s scrambling, he’s primarily looking to run, not to pass.
Also, Denver is by far one of the worst offenses in the league right now. I didn’t think the statement “we can beat a terrible offense” would lead to much questioning :P

We tend to disappoint in that way.
However, without Aaron Curry out there, farting around and biting on obvious screens and play action, we could probably take them.

Oh, yeah, I don't disagree about that.
I just don’t know that Seattle is better suited to dominate them than another defense is.
Tebow does worst against man coverage, and Denver leans heavily on its run game and defense getting turnovers
Those two alone should answer most of that.

I hope we don't have to find out any time soon.
My feelings about Tebow are too confusing and contradictory to handle seeing him face off against the Seahawks.
My random Tebow thought?
The Cowboys should trade for him. Seriously. Okay, not seriously. Let Romo play quarters 1-3, throw Tebow into the game in the 4th. I do mostly agree with your thought though. My only worry is how bad he could carve us up with scrambles/bootlegs a-la Caleb Hanie.
As long as we're sharing, here's my random Tebow thought
He’s very, very good at selling the play action. Yes, he has a good running game to help, and defenses always have to look out for the option, but that also plays into his hands well when it’s time to pass—more than once I’ve seen the cameraman fooled by his fakes.
But seriously, Tebow is the real-world personification of Madden rubber band AI.
