--On his philosophy regarding moving up or down in the draft, he said, "Personally I'd like to move back, because I have confidence in our ability in those middle rounds to do some good stuff." Schneider also added that he's not thrilled about not having a third-round pick.
--Schneider said improving on both sides of the line is one priority in the draft: "I would say we'd like to come out of this draft with at least one offensive lineman and one defensive lineman." But he also added they won't reach for a lineman just to fill a need.
