Rob Staton's proven source has passed along some more nuggets of information and Rob has expounded on them a bit in a new piece up at Seahawks Draft Blog. Included within the information is more about the Seahawks' Draft process, who they had rated where, and the order in which they had rated the quarterbacks in this class. This piece actually complements my article about Pete Carroll and quarterbacks and further supports the idea that the Hawks just really didn't like any of the QBs enough in this class to make a move to get them.
Also, interestingly, Rob points out that the Seahawks have two specific free agent targets that could be picked up with improving the run game in mind, and apparently, "people will like one of them if it comes off." He also then goes on to give us exceedingly cryptic Pete Carroll-esque song clues as to who these targets are.
Your first task is to find the player hidden in: Ray Parker Jr - Ghostbusters theme tune. If you can work out who player #1 is from that, you should be a sleuth. Second player's clue: Hilary Duff - The Getaway. Good luck, think outside of the box.
So I'm passing the task on to you and if you figure it out, include your conclusion below- and tell me why because I'm way too lazy to try and figure this out.
Anyway, since there's not a whole lot of stuff going on right now with the lockout still in place, go check out Rob's new information because it's pretty interesting.
