DEAR GOD NO!!!!!
Not unlike monsters Freddy Kruger, Jason Vorhees or Jay Leno, Elderly Football Villain Brett Favre just will not let his career rest in peace; a reliable source says that the Philadelphia Eagles are considering signing Favre to become their backup QB, once Kevin Kolb is traded. One the one hand, this is a good idea for the Eagles, considering Favre's history with head coach Andy Reid, Michael Vick's susceptibility to injury, the shortened preseason and the lack of decent veteran QBs in the open market.

I officially hate Favre now.
Loved him as recently as 2008. Now his legend is tarnished beyond polishing. And he will be in the Hall of Fame. And I will proceed to wretch repeatedly…
Recently engaged! Best. Off-season. Ever.
Eagles already denied it
Still, Favre as a backup makes some sense.

But isn't it possible that they denied it because they're not
supposed to be talking to any players?
Sure
But they denied interest, not talking to him. I don’t really care either way.

If we don't sign Hasselbeck, Farve to Seattle makes just as much sense.
I say, go for it!

I would openly root for Favre to get injured
No matter who he is playing for.
I went whale watching the other day. I think. There were a lot of people in that lake.
I'm totally for it.
Just as long as the “4” on his jersey is replaced with a large image of a short, stubby penis.
Head of catering.
