We went to an AFC championship and lost. And we’ve only been to one NFC championship.

Maybe they can post a “unlike the Seahawks, when we go to the super bowl we win”.

If I can't root FOR the Seahawks, then I'm going to root AGAINST the rest of the NFC West and/or the Steelers.

I didn’t troll at any Niner sites after the game, and some good-natured taunting amongst divisional rivals shouldn’t be so frowned upon. It’s not like they played a whole lot better than the Giants and good screwed over by a bad call or six; both teams played pretty shitty and the Niners and their fluke season just slipped out of their fingers. (Also, the Seahawks have been kicking serious Niner ass since realignment).

I don’t see what the big deal is.

As much as I dislike the 49ers and enjoy watching them fail, this post is pretty childish.

If we’re going to bring up our franchise history then we have to at least look at the most important number, that being Superbowl wins. SF has us beat by a long shot.

Growing up a Seahawks fan meant eating a hell of a lot of Bronco shit, and we never gave those Horseface fuckers the comeuppance they richly deserved.

2002 wiped the slate clean, and now we’re the head of the pack, in a sense, and it would have sucked if the Niners came strolling in with one lucky season and got a ring out of it. I’m glad they lost, and I’m sure other Seahawk fans are too….doesn’t mean I want to go to their house and rub their faces in it, or anything.

If we’re not going to finish first in a race, it feels a little good to know that you won’t finish last, either.
