Seattle Seahawks: Seattle has four touchdowns in 14 red-zone possessions, good for a No. 32 ranking in that category. The No. 7 ranking in rushing yardage gives the offense something to build around.
Seahawks.com Blog | Brady aims to silence 12th Man on Sunday
"…I think what has more to do with the crowd noise is the fact that they can really play football," said Brady. "They have a really good defense, the best one in the league – statistically, top five in almost every category. They have players and the defensive line is excellent, a very good group of linebackers and certainly the secondary, three of those guys were in the Pro Bowl. They can play defense and they get it going and offensively if we make a bunch of mistakes, I’m sure it will be very loud for us, but hopefully if we get the ball in the end zone it will quiet it down. But I think that’s going to be our challenge. "It’s always nice when you take 53 guys on the road and you say, ‘This is all we’ve got and this is all we need and this is what we have to do.’ And see 70,000 fans, if you can keep them quiet or turn them on their own team. I think that’s an exciting part for road teams, is to see if you can get them booing their own players."
Patriots know how to feast off turnovers | Seattle Seahawks - The News Tribune
As far as NFL coaches are concerned, the No. 1 predictor of a game’s outcome is turnovers – creating them on offense and limiting them on defense. And the Seattle Seahawks’ opponent this week, the New England Patriots, are one of the best in the league in doing both through the first five weeks of this season.

Quick Take: Pats get tough road test in Seattle - NFL.com
Why this game is intriguing: Even if the Seahawks weren't good -- which they are -- this would be an interesting one to check out. Tom Brady and the Patriots are running a communication-based, quick-strike offense. Sunday afternoon, everyone must be on the same page in the unfriendliest of confines, CenturyLink Field. That's tough enough, considering how those fans threw off the Packers earlier in the year. But Seattle's also got game, with a tough and aggressive front that can disrupt Brady and a physical, ball-hawking secondary. The Patriots already lost to another NFC West team (Arizona), and this game will be more challenging. If they come out of here with a win, look out for a Patriots run.
2013 ‘top heavy’ for defense: How it could benefit Seattle " Seahawks Draft Blog
In the last few years, the first round of the NFL draft has been pretty balanced between offense and defense. Since 1993 (the last time Seattle drafted a quarterback in round one) only three defensive players have been drafted first overall (Dan Wilkinson, Courtney Brown and Mario Williams), but in recent years the top-15 picks have been split evenly. Of the 75 top-15 picks since 2008, 36 have been offensive players and 39 defensive. The 2013 draft will buck the trend.

Week 5 Power Rankings
A good road win for the Seahawks, but until that offense gets more effective, I have my doubts. On the other hand, I don't think I'll drop them below 8 wins even if they lose to the Pats this weekend.
