Okay so Minnesota....this ones gonna suck. I tried googling Minnesota cuisine and it came up with ALOT of casserole dishes..once again, this ones gonna suck. Maybe someone has a phenomenal idea for Viking casserole? Anyone? Bueller? If no one has an idea for this one im just gonna make Chinese food and ill be drinking it down with either rice wine or Tsing Tao. As always let everyone know what you are cooking and washing it down with. Extra points for anyone who comes up with either a Minnesota theme or a Viking theme.
