From Rotoworld: Seahawks LG James Carpenter (concussion) has resumed practicing. Carpenter has yet to receive official clearance for game action, but that should come within the next 48 hours. He's been sidelined since Week 8. Fill-in John Moffitt has held his own, but Carpenter's return will be good news for the Seahawks' running game.
