The last Fanpost ballooned so fast that we're due for another one, given how unkind the new SBN format is with threads that get 1,000+ comments.

The last thread went surprisingly well, so let's keep that going and play nice and follow the rules and all that cool shit. Continue asking Niners fans questions about the upcoming SNF showdown, while also shooting the shit.

In the meantime, here's some relevant developments:

--Seahawks DT Jason Jones is on IR. Jones didn't play every down, but he was a pivotal cog in Seattle's pass-rush attack. It's now up to rookie Greg Scruggs to fill his shoes.

--Niners DE Justin Smith missed practice again on Thursday and is not likely to suit up for the game. He's a huge part of SF's defense and when he left last Sunday's game, the Patriots racked up points at will.

--Seahawks CB Richard Sherman will have his appeal heard on Friday. There's still a chance of him playing on Sunday, but it's still a "wait and see" situation.
