At the 8:18 mark, Baldwin was asked about Russell Wilson, and had this to say:

He's got it all...the full package for sure. I like Russell Wilson a lot, and if you followed my twitter before they made that pick I said I really liked Russell Wilson and the reason why I say that is because when I watched him...I watched some of his games and I watched him at the combine and he just stood out to me. He's one of those guys that you could see that there was something about him that guys kind of lean to and gravitate to. He had that aura about him...that leadership capability so to speak...it seemed to vibrate off of him.

And then obviously when he came into Seattle everybody was talking about it. In mini-camp he was making throws that it seemed like he had been in the offense for so long and just had a rapport with the receivers. And he is a great guy as well.

At the 9:34 mark, he was asked if he was surprised that it was going to be a 3-way QB competition, and then more specifically (Doug wasn't given a chance to answer) was asked to

...highlight a little about Matt Flynn. Tell us a little more about him.

Doug replied:

Umm...to be honest with you, it's so hard to tell at this juncture. We're not doing anything yet with the defense in front of us, just routes on air...to be honest with you they all look the same in the sense they are all good quarterbacks.
