WR Raymond Webber was a highly productive receiver out of Arkansas Pine-Bluff, undrafted last year and signed by the Buccaneers. He impressed in camp but tore his hamstring before the preseason, and was cut by the Bucs yesterday. "Webber has some intriguing physical tools. He's a big [6'3, 220 pounds - TB], physical receiver who does a great job catching the ball with his hands and is a powerful runner after the catch," per Bucs Nation's Sander.
